A clear B2B buying process

Toy Crew supports wholesalers, retailers, distributors and cross-border sellers with a structured sourcing and export process. Website prices are for reference; final pricing is confirmed by quotation.

1. Share your requirements. Send product links, target market, quantity and packaging needs.
2. Receive a quotation. We confirm MOQ, price, lead time, Incoterms and shipping options.
3. Review samples when required. Sample and courier costs are quoted separately.
4. Confirm the order. Production starts after the proforma invoice and deposit are confirmed.
5. QC and shipment. We coordinate agreed checks, packing, carton marks and documents.
6. Receive and inspect. Report any discrepancy promptly with photos and order details.
