Where enabled, online payment options may include PayPal, credit card or a secure payment link. The exact methods and currency are confirmed on the proforma invoice or checkout page.

• Confirm the company name, order reference, amount and currency.
• Use only payment details shown on the official invoice or payment link.
• Include the invoice or order number in the payment reference.
• Send the payment confirmation to support@toycrew.cn.

Payment provider fees may apply. Never send payment to a personal account unless verified through an official Toy Crew contact.
